Refund policy

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we're happy to offer a refund or replacement. Please email us at shop@mahjongtileclub.com with photos of the damage so we can quickly resolve the issue. If damage or defect is established, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. 

Changed your mind?
We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened and in its original factory-sealed packaging. Please note that the original shipping cost to deliver the item to you will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. The refund will be processed once we receive the item and verify its condition.
