Each tile is meticulously crafted from four layers of quality acrylic. The white face allows the pastel-engraved designs to truly shine, followed by layers of blue and earthy green at the center, and finished with a lilac-purple backing. Whether you’re a Mahjong enthusiast or a lover of Scandinavian design, this Nordic Spring-inspired set will bring happiness and a sense of whimsy to your Mahjong table.

Dot Suit: These are designed with vibrant tulip motifs inspired by Nordic floral traditions. 7 beautiful pastel colors are represented in these tiles as the numbers ascend. 

Bam Suit: The traditional bamboo is replaced with floral and leaf designs showing the intricate beauty of Nordic wildflowers. 

Crak Suit: While the Crak suit retains its traditional design, subtle Nordic details have been engraved into the patterns, offering a unique Scandinavian touch while maintaining its classic look.

Dragons: The crak and bam Dragons are mythical Nordic sea creatures from Scandinavian folklore. The soap tile remains traditional with a little nordic flair.

Jokers: The Jokers take the form of whimsical folk art animals, each one a playful and charming representation of Nordic wildlife. 

Flowers: The colorful flower tiles are whimsical and fun, with eight unique flowers, each one with its own charm and character.

Winds: True to Nordic heritage, the Winds are represented by classic windmills, engraved to evoke the gentle breezes and rolling fields of the region.

DETAILS:

The tiles are traditionally sized measuring 1.25" high, 0.9" wide, and 0.5" deep, offering a tactile and satisfying experience during gameplay.

Each set includes 160 tiles: the three suits—Dots, Bams, and Craks—numbered 1 through 9, each with a matching Dragon (4 of each tile); the four Winds (4 of each); 10 Jokers, 8 Flowers, and 6 blank tiles.

Due to the hand crafted nature of this item the sizes, patterns and colors may vary slightly and make each set a unique piece of art. Please do not use any chemicals to wipe down your tiles or put them in the pool as the colors could bleed. If dirty you can wipe gently with a damp cloth.

Each set comes with a complimentary canvas bag to carry and store your tiles. Please note that this tile set does not include playing cards, racks or mats.  Those need to be purchased separately.
